About Us

The Columbia-Greene Hospital Foundation exists to generate philanthropic support for the projects that would be difficult, perhaps impossible, to fund from the hospital's budget alone. All contributions to the Foundation directly assist Columbia Memorial in maintaining its ability to care for our community. Gifts to the Foundation are used for renovation and expansions projects, to purchase medical equipment and technology, and to support major hospital programs and initiatives. Foundation gifts are not used for underwrite hospital operating expenses.

The Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and as such, is eligible to receive private, corporate and foundation gifts, as well as matching gifts from corporations.
